Master Airscrew is the brand of Windsor Propeller, of Rancho Cordova, California; the company states that its propellers are designed and manufactured in California, USA, and that it was founded in 1978. As with any US-made part, that answers where the propeller is made, not what is in its supply chain: NDAA compliance is documented down to resin and reinforcement, so ask for the sub-tier documentation, and confirm with your compliance team what your contract's flow-downs permit.
Why country of origin is the deciding factor
NDAA covered-country and flow-down requirements ban federal agencies from purchasing or operating UAS — and their components — from covered foreign entities, and they extend to federal grants, contracts, and cooperative agreements. Prime contractors flow the same requirements down to their suppliers, and compliance is required at the component level, not just the system level. Made in the USA and NDAA-compliant are different claims
