As a domestic propeller supplier, we take on custom propeller manufacturing for other blade counts, large-diameter UAV propellers, and other requirements outside the standard line — handled as engineered programs, not catalog stock.

What a program can be

The standard line is drop-in replacements for the foreign parts US programs designed around, 3-inch to 12-inch. Everything outside that box is a program: engineered from your specification, referenced to your platform, and documented the same way as the catalog parts.

Other blade counts and geometries

A pitch, blade count, hub interface or planform the standard line doesn't carry — including variants of a catalog size for a platform that needs one thing different.

Group 3, heavy-lift and large diameter

Diameters above the 12-inch top of the standard line, for Group 3 UAS and heavy-lift multirotors carrying real payload.

Interceptor and attritable

Volume programs where the propeller is a consumable: cost, consistency between lots, and a supply that does not depend on a covered country.

Folding, ducted and packable variants

Tube-launched and collapse-for-deployment airframes, shrouded and ducted platforms, and folding versions of sizes the line carries fixed.

What to send us

A program starts with a specification, not a purchase order. The more of this you can send, the straighter the read on feasibility and timeline comes back. If the platform was tuned on a foreign part, its part number is often the fastest way to describe what you need.

Nothing here commits you to anything. We tell you whether it is something we can build and what it would take; you decide from there.

Specification checklist

  • Diameter, pitch and blade count — or the foreign part the platform was tuned on
  • Hub interface: bore or T-mount, shaft size, hole spacing, hub thickness
  • Rotation: CW, CCW or sets
  • Airframe and motor class, and what the platform does
  • Material preference, if any — glass-fiber nylon, polycarbonate, or open
  • Volume, timeline, and the NDAA or flow-down requirement on the program
